1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between Spider88 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Member", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services offered via the website located at spider88.cam and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

Spider88 is an online gaming and sports betting entertainment platform offering live casino games, slot games, sports betting, esports wagering, and related services to eligible users. By creating an account or accessing any part of Spider88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — refers to the Spider88 website at spider88.cam, including all subdomains, associated mobile applications, and digital services provided thereunder.
• "Account" — refers to the registered member account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" — refers to the total amount of real money funds held within a User's Account at any given time, exclusive of any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-cashable wagering credits awarded to a User pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total amount a User must wager using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and age verification process required by Spider88 before withdrawal of funds is permitted.
• "MYR" or "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the sole accepted fiat currency for transactions on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law or regulation.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, promotions, and ancillary features made available by Spider88 through the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with Spider88, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their Account:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not eligible to register.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether such activity is lawful in your place of residence or access.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Spider88 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment service providers.
4. You must not have been previously self-excluded from Spider88 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement unless that exclusion has formally expired.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering for or operating an Account.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information current and promptly notify Spider88 of any changes via the Account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Spider88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify Spider88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Spider88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole and absolute discretion.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, business, or profit-generating activity on behalf of a third party.
• You will not use any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by Spider88.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures, geographic restrictions, or access controls implemented by Spider88.
• You will not engage in any collusion, fraud, cheating, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest play on the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity. Spider88 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• You will not upload, transmit, or post any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable via any feature of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. Spider88 does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any losses incurred through use of the Platform.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Spider88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Spider88 supports the following payment methods, among others: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Credit and Debit Cards, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Deposits are subject to a maximum amount which may vary by payment method and account tier. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Member's own name. Spider88 reserves the right to reverse deposits it has reason to believe originate from a third-party source.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Spider88 targets withdrawal processing times of 3 to 10 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions; bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Limits: Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. Members wishing to increase their withdrawal limits may apply to their account manager or contact live chat support.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Spider88 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only and may not be claimed by or transferred to any third party.
• Each Member may claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fully met before any winnings derived from those funds can be requested for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Spider88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is terminated, any unmet wagering requirements will remain outstanding on Bonus Funds already credited.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including use of multiple Accounts, will be voided and the relevant Account closed immediately.
• Where a deposit is made without opting into a promotion, that deposit will be treated as a real-money deposit without associated Bonus Funds. Spider88 cannot retrospectively apply a bonus to a completed deposit.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active Bonus Funds. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

Spider88 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, esports tournaments, and other international sporting events, alongside casino games and other online gaming products.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Spider88 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced, where the odds were evidently incorrect due to a technical error, or where the bet is inconsistent with normal market patterns indicative of fraudulent activity.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed price and the actual price at the time of bet acceptance, Spider88 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct price or void it entirely.
• Spider88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict access to any game or betting market at any time, including where a game studio partner's certification or licence has lapsed or been suspended.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for casino games, or by actual sporting event results for sports betting. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are publicly available upon request for all slot and casino game titles.
• Spider88 is not responsible for any losses arising from connection interruptions or technical failures on the Member's device or internet service provider. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified server-side error, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Balance.

9 Responsible Gambling

Spider88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools that Members may activate at any time via their Account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits and 7 days for weekly or monthly limits.
• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set time limits on their gaming sessions, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Members may activate periodic notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years. During self-exclusion, the Member's Account will be suspended and they will be prevented from creating a new Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Spider88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Spider88 name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of Spider88. You may not use, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Spider88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spider88, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures on the Member's device, network connection, or internet service provider;
• Losses arising from the Member's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is inaccurate due to a technical error;
• Losses resulting from authorised or unauthorised use of your Account by a third party where such access was facilitated by your negligent handling of your login credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services.

Spider88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Spider88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Spider88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or Bonus Funds, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any related policy;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery of duplicate Accounts registered by the same individual;
• Discovery that the Account was registered using false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or any action taken by a Member that results in a financial loss to Spider88;
• Request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or pursuant to a court order.

Where an Account is closed by Spider88 due to reasons not attributable to the Member's breach, any verified real-money Balance will be refunded to the Member via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Member after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Spider88's jurisdiction of operation.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and Spider88, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication with Spider88's customer support team. Members should contact support via live chat or email to raise a formal complaint. Spider88 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body specified by Spider88 from time to time. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Spider88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Spider88 will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via email notification to the registered address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
